AD GUIDLINES:

* Newspaper ad resolution is 200 dpi for photos, 800 dpi for bitmap graphics

* Magazine ad resolution is 300 dpi for photos, 1200 dpi for bitmap graphics

* Laser prints of your ad must be faxed to 317-263-5400 or delivered to you sales rep

* Printer, screen fonts, and images must be provided with open application files

* Do not use LZW compression on files

* Do not use "Stylized Fonts", they will not print correctly

* PDFs distilled using Acrobat distiller 4.0 (version 1.3 PDFs) are preferred

* Always embed all fonts on PDFs

Please Note: Transparencies created in InDesign and Illustrator must be flattened and saved correctly before PDF'd, (Refer to Adobe Manual). IBJ will not be held responsible for PDF files that are provided incorrectly.
